We have prepared a lot of attractions and we hope that everybody will find something interesting. The cultural program provides traditional, classical and contemporary entertainment. We also present historical and art exhibits, and workshops and demos. The Festival provides a variety of excellent Polish food and beer. And finally, our vendors will showcase a beautiful selection of Polish souvenirs.
The Festival presents numerous cultural and historical exhibits including the “Polish Wings in WWII” - Polish Aviation Exhibit, “Historic Milestone - Kamienie Milowe”, the Polish Exiles to Siberia (“Sybiracy”) Exhibit, and Polish Army historic uniforms and memorabilia.
The Festival features a cultural program on two stages in the Armory and Fisher Rooftop, including traditional, classical, and contemporary performances.
Workshops and Demos
Several Polish folk art demonstrations as well as Polish culinary workshops will be presented for all ages.
Food Booths and Beer Garden, "Pod Kogutem"
The Festival provides an assortment of excellent Polish food and Polish beer on the Fisher Rooftop.
We provide an opportunity to satisfy your nostalgia for a variety of things Polish or to simply acquire some souvenirs of this great event.
The family-friendly programs include several activities for children to choose from. In the Armory look for the special children’s area primed with arts & crafts, culinary demonstration, face painting, and scavenger hunt with prizes. At the Fisher Rooftop find the Bounce Castle for young kids. Come and join us for a lot of fun!
“Best of Poland” and Local Polish Organizations
The display on the "The Best of Poland" is sponsored by Polish Festival Committee and Seattle-Gdynia Sister City Association showcasing information on tourism, business, arts and culture. Stop by and say hello at the Polish Organizations counter and meet representatives among others from the Polish American Chamber of Commerce-Pacific Northwest, Polish Home Association, Polish Home Foundation, Polish Scouts, Radio Wisla, UW Polish Studies Endowment Committee.
The Polish Festival Seattle 2013 concludes with a Dance Party in the Armory to live music by White Eagle Band.
