Tales of Heroines, Villians, and Flying Horses

The Jackson school will be holding the 18th annual Central Eurasian Studies Society Conference in October.  Together with famous storytellers Dana Sherry and Kira van Deusen, Slavic Ph.D. Student Veronica Muskheli will be performing at the event.  She will be telling a Georgian magical folktale about a heroine who escapes danger with the help of her magical talking horse (Friday, October 6, 12:45-2 pm, HUB 214).
