PLEASE REMEMBER: If you have COVID-19 symptoms, close contact exposure, or test positive for COVID-19, you should follow the COVID-19 Public Health Guidance and Requirements Flowchart to determine how to proceed. If you test positive for COVID-19, you must report your positive test result to the COVID-19 Response and Prevention Team.
