On Thursday, March 29th, Ph.D. Student Cyrus Rodgers and his wife Jen welcomed their daughter, Lucille, to the world. To quote her dad "She came into the world tired and fuzzy with a pretty full head of hair. She weighed 7lbs & 7oz."
