Affiliate Professor and alum, Dr. Ron LeBlanc, has recently completed a translation of four essays written by the renowned Pasternak scholar, Professor Lazar Fleishman (Stanford University).  The translated essays look at different episodes in the history of American-Soviet cultural relations, finally making them available to Americanists (especially those interested in such key figures in the Communist movement in the U.S. during the late 1920s and early 1930s as Joseph Freeman, Max Eastman, and Upton Sinclair) who cannot read Russian.

The translations can be found in the UNH Scholars Repository.  Congratulations Dr. LeBlanc!
